Returns & Exchanges Eligibility

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of your receipt date. To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be:

  • In original, unopened packaging with seals intact
  • In resalable condition with all original tags and labels attached
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase

Please note: For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following products:

  • Cosmetics (once opened or used)
  • Colourants (hair dyes and similar products)
  • Face Wipes (opened packages)
  • Feminine Care products (for hygiene reasons)
  • Cotton Wool (opened packages)
  • Any product where the original packaging seal has been broken

Return & Exchange Process

Refund Information

If your return is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where we’ve made an error with your order.
  • If you selected the exchange option, we’ll ship your replacement product once we’ve received and processed your return.
  • For payments made via PayPal, refunds will be processed back to your PayPal account.
  • Credit/debit card refunds will appear on your statement based on your bank’s processing times.
