Returns & Exchanges Policy

Returns Eligibility

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of your receipt date. To be eligible:

  • Items must be in original, unopened packaging with seals intact
  • Products must be in resalable condition with all original tags and labels attached
  • Original receipt or proof of purchase must be provided

Non-Returnable Products

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following products:

  • Cosmetics (once opened or used)
  • Colourants (hair dyes and similar products)
  • Face Wipes (opened packages)
  • Feminine Care products (for hygiene reasons)
  • Cotton Wool (opened packages)
  • Any product where the original packaging seal has been broken

Return & Exchange Process

Step-by-Step Guide

  5. Processing
    Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 3-5 business days), we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.

Refund Information

If your return is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect your return
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where we’ve made an error with your order
  • If you selected the exchange option, we’ll ship your replacement product once we’ve received and processed your return
  • For payments made via PayPal, refunds will be processed back to your PayPal account
  • Credit/debit card refunds will appear on your statement based on your bank’s processing times

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged product or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damaged product or incorrect item received. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you, including covering return shipping if necessary.
